Housemart was founded in 1984 by the Russell family. Based on their mission “Artist in Design” they specialised in personalising individual designs. Christine McKenzie came to Housemart, now named Housemart Design, in 1996, and continues to offer design in residential buildings, as well as town planning applications and now Energy Rating Reports as well.

As an accredited Energy Rater, Christine is committed to energy efficient designs, for both new and existing homes, that meet or exceed the government’s Five Star Rating Requirements.
